Welcome to the She Creates HTML/CSS/JavaScript Workshop!

This workshop is presented to you by Avika Patel and Snigdha Saha, co-founders of RootTech. RootTech is a summer non-profit initiative that taught students from various countries different coding concepts in the course of four weeks. The lessons were supplemented by several panels featuring students and professionals in various stages of their Computer Science careers. Overall, both teachers and students walked away with a new understanding of coding, as well as online learning/teaching, which is quite possibly the new "normal" for the forseeable future.

What is HTML?

HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. A markup language is simply written with tags! We will be learning:

1. Basic HTML elements!
2. Headings!
3. Paragraphs!
4. Lists!
5. Links!
6. Images!
